About Me
I've been leading digital projects for over a decade, but I didn't start out managing timelines and budgets. I started as a designer who wanted to understand how things actually got built, so I learned to code. That combination is how I've always approached strategy. I connect dots others don't see yet.
The work that excites me most starts with a brand problem. I love digging in, finding what’s really at the root of it, and then shaping a digital plan that actually solves something. My favorite moments are when a messy process finally clicks into place, when I can see a solution before work even begins, or when a project goes further than anyone thought it could. That’s the good stuff.
Outside of work, my days slow down. I love my coffee before sunrise and the quiet before the house wakes up. I love reaching the middle of a book, because that’s when I know I’m really in it. I usually have a crochet project going, and there’s a good chance I’m juggling at least one family birthday each weekend. It’s chaos in the best way.
I’m collaborative, curious, and people focused. I like things to run smoothly, but I also know when to break the pattern to make something better. For my team, I lead with empathy but decide with logic. I like structure, but not too much of it. I care about creating environments where good ideas can happen, and where the people behind them feel valued for who they are.
That’s really what drives me.
